All Stud Fees are NFFR Grooms Fee - £20 per mare - includes all handling for scans, covering etc.

	Mare/Foal stabled at night	£12 per day

Forms to Download
Stallion Nomination Form - to be completed and returned with a £25 deposit to secure nomination or email the form and pay the deposit by Paypal. The deposit is deducted from the stud fee.
Mare Booking Form - to accompany mare on arrival at the stud. An arrival £100 is paid - deductable from the stud fee.
Chilled Semen Form - to order semen from our stallions to be shipped to you. Full payment must be made before Chilled Semen is shipped.
Mares for outside stallion - to enable chilled semen to be shipped to stud from other stallions.

Payment

Initially a booking fee of £25 (deductable from the stud fee) should be sent with the nomination form.
A deposit of £100 should accompany the mare on arrival at West End Farm Stud. This will be deducted from the stud fee. The balance of the stud fee is payable when before the mare leaves.

We now accept Paypal for fees due to the stud. See below.
If you choose this option please could you email the nomination form.

They are on a No Foal Free Return (NFFR) basis which applies to any mare arriving & taking up a nomination at stud even if service/AI has not taken place. The free return applies to the same mare this & the following year. Any other arrangements are made at the discretion of the stud.
All keep charges are to be paid in full at the end of the mares stay, monthly livery accounts will be issued.
Any outstanding stud or veterinary accounts not settled by 1st September will forfeit issuing of service certificate or eligibility for a free return.
