Street Life II
9 Year Old Bay TB gelding
This quality Sports Horse gelding competed in BYEH horse classes as a 4 year - missing
out on qualifying for the final on 2 occasions by 1 place
With a new rider he started
BE eventing in 2009 competing at BE90 (6th Thornton Watlass) and BE100. He competed
in the Area 4 Riding Club Area Intermediate Qualifier and was 5th with a double clear.
Elvis has schooled round Novice course with no problem.
He then went on loan with
view to buy but sadly due to loanee's pregnancy he has returned and now needs to
be sold and his previous rider had twins on 1st April so may be a little busy this
year.
He also has a talent for dressage - as a 4 year old winning his 1st prelim
with 71%. This has continued and he regularly wins Prelim & Novice
In 2009 he was
Port Royal Equestrian Centre's Summer dressage Champion (this was open to both affiliated
and unaffiliated competitors) and he would excel at pure dressage
He is an easy horse
to do both in and out of the stable although he does have a sense of humour which
has to be appreciated!! He loves pulling elastic toggles and letting them go
He is
a horse that takes his confidence from his rider so no nervous riders please. He
doesn't enjoy hacking alone but hacks in company.
Elvis is looking for an experienced,
competitive person that that can offer him a 5* home
He has spent the winter competing
dressage gaining 65% in his 1st Elementary.
As we have owned Elvis for nearly 7 years
this is a very hard sale so please no time wasters
